After a summer marked by drought and heatwaves, the harvest began in September and finished with the Cabernet Sauvignon on 27 September. All the plots were harvested in ideal weather conditions. The perfect health of the grapes, their rich sugar content and high phenolic potential produced rich, structured, fruity wines.

After a week spent in Canada and the United States, our team returned with new customers and a very positive outlook. From 21 to 25 November, he will be travelling to Japan, Korea and Taiwan to open up new markets. In France, we are honoured that the Restaurant du Sénat has recently added our Château Toulouze 2018 to its menu.

Our range will be expanded in 2023 with the first Château Toulouze “nature” wine (with no inputs whatsoever), which was bottled in the first quarter. More information soon.

Notre vignoble s’est agrandi avec l’acquisition de 11 hectares de vigne fin 2022. Nous avons notamment planté un hectare de sauvignon blanc, un de sauvignon gris et un de sémillon. Et en 2023, c’est un hectare de muscadelle qui sera planté. Un coup d’accélérateur pour les blancs du château !
